Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized.Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Previous experience working in a quota bearing structure.Previous sales experience - sales management experience, highly preferred.Previous management experience, required.Strongly preferred to be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week.Proper on-boarding all Orangetheory Fitness clients.Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.Processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the OTF studio.

Leads Orangetheory Fitness studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.Maintains accurate records using established Orangetheory Fitness sales systems.The focus of this position is to support the Assistant Studio Manager and Studio Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the fitness studio and is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service.
